Mystery Literary Response Paragraphs
In place of summary paragraph, please use these guidelines.
4. Literary Response: Write two or three paragraphs using the predictions you made as you read the book to write a literary interpretation of the plot. You are NOT writing a summary. Was the author clever in the vices used to create the mystery? Prove what you say by using citations from the book. As you made your predictions, did the author surprise you or were you able to predict the plot line. Be specific and give examples of your predictions and citations to back up the author’s surprises. Did the author use any foreshadowing that you were able to realize and therefore predict the correct outcome? (Prove with citations.) Was the mystery unpredicted or was it a typical story with a common mystery topic?

Do we still have an introduction and conclusion paragraph or is the whole response just three paragraphs

I think that we just replace the summary/plot paragraph, which is number 4, with the literary response. Ms. Gladden said, "In place of summary paragraph...", so the literary reponse becomes your "summary" paragraph. Additionally, since the blog said, "Write two or three paragraphs...", we probably have to write more than one paragraph for the literary response portion.

Yes. You replace the plot paragraph with the new literary response part. I don't know exactly how many paragraphs you need to write it, just write use as many paragrahs as you need (maybe?).

Well, 6 or 7 paragraphs. Becuase some people will only write 2 paragraphs. But yes, I understand.
Can we use "I" in these 2/3 paragraphs? ('m sure this question has already been answered...sorry :))
